This is not a rigid formal legal document, but a warm consensus reached between the Bleimeil team and every lunar lover. We created Bleimeil as your exclusive lunar observation partner, no account registration, no personal information collection required, you can use all functions immediately after opening the app. We respect your 100% freedom of use when exploring the rhythm of the moon.

You are free to use all features of Bleimeil as you like: capture every stunning moonlit moment, record real-time weather conditions and lunar phase parameters for each observation, archive your observation records by date and lunar phase, browse the complete lunar cycle on the interactive timeline, and feel the beautiful rhythm of the moon from waxing to waning. All photos, observation logs and archives you create are 100% owned by you, and you can use them for any personal non-commercial purposes without any restrictions.

• All your observation records are stored locally on your device by default, and we will never access your private content without your active authorization.
• We will never insert intrusive pop-up ads or information streams that interrupt your observation experience.
• We will continue to update free practical features for all users, including more detailed lunar phase parameters, astronomical event reminders, custom observation notification functions, etc.
• We will never sell any user-related data to third parties.

If you choose to use the optional content sharing function, we hope you can abide by the following small conventions to maintain a friendly observation atmosphere: do not forge false lunar phase or weather records to mislead other observers; do not infringe the copyright of other observers' shared content; do not use Bleimeil to carry out any behavior that harms the interests of others. If you find inappropriate content, you can report it to us at any time.

We may adjust the content of this agreement as Bleimeil's functions are updated. Any changes will be notified through the in-app pop-up window 7 days in advance, and the revised version will take effect on the announced date. If you do not agree with the adjusted content, you can stop using Bleimeil at any time without any additional cost.
